Here at Zach Augustyn - State Farm Insurance in Maple Grove, MN, we offer over 25 years of experience! I began as an agent in Nebraska and now lead a dedicated team in the Twin Cities, serving Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Nebraska. We offer comprehensive insurance products, including Auto, Homeowners, Life, Renters, and specialized coverage for cabins, boats, ATVs, and more. Our agency is expanding, with plans to open a second location in 2025.

We treat our customers like family, assisting with relocations and addressing all individual insurance concerns. We are committed to community involvement, we volunteer and coach youth sports throughout the Twin Cities.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Zach Augustyn - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
